The Chevy Silverado 1500 is perfect for light-duty tasks around Sacramento. But how much space do you want in the cab? Depending on which of the Chevy Silverado cab configurations you want, the interior room, features, and space will vary. The two largest cab options are the Double Cab and the Crew Cab. Both seat five to six passengers for long drives around Woodland. However, you’ll still find there is a difference between the Chevy Silverado Crew Cab and Double Cab. Since you can only have one cab on your new vehicle, Hanlees Davis Chevrolet has crafted this guide to help you decide between the two most popular Chevy Silverado cab configurations.
When looking at seating capacity, you’ll find there’s a difference between the Chevy Silverado Crew Cab and Double Cab. They both seat up to five or six passengers, perfect for a family or work crew. But the small differences between these cabs amount to the space your passengers will get as you traverse Dixon. The most dramatic one is the higher amount of second-row legroom between both Chevy Silverado cab configurations. Compare the size difference between the Chevy Silverado Crew Cab and Double Cab here:
One thing you need to know is that the Chevy Silverado cab configuration you select will limit the bed sizes available to your build. So the Double Cab gets you a bigger bed, while the Crew Cab gives you the Short bed. You can learn more about the Silverado 1500 bed sizes with this list of specs:
